When CCRs arrived, an officer informed them the dog had become aggressive, and said they would handle the animal. CCRs provided dog food, snacks, and a leash to officers to aid them in their efforts with the dog.
Ballard
SPD requested CCRs to assist a woman who had come to Seattle to support her husband, after he was brought to Seattle for a medical emergency. The woman had run out of gas and gotten stranded at a Ballard store parking lot. CCRs provided the woman with gas for her vehicle, along with warming supplies, food, and hygiene supplies after they learned the woman had been staying in her vehicle while in Seattle. CCRs also gave the woman information on shelters and safe parking for her vehicle. The woman told CCRs she had become lost and was unsure how to get back to HMC, so CCRs guided her there before departing.
